ICH Creative operated in a highly visual and perception-driven industry where the website plays a major role in shaping credibility and attracting new business.
Although the agency had strong creative capabilities, the digital experience no longer reflected the quality, maturity, or positioning of the brand. The existing website felt outdated, visually inconsistent, and lacked the refinement expected from a modern creative studio working with premium clients.
The goal was to rebuild the platform into a cleaner, faster, and more strategically structured experience that improved both brand perception and enquiry performance.
Core Challenges
The existing website faced multiple structural and usability issues:
Dated visual presentation and old-generation design language
Slow loading speed affecting trust and engagement
Poor animation quality and inconsistent interactions
Weak mobile responsiveness
Fragmented navigation and user flow
Lack of conversion-focused structure
Minimal SEO foundation
Weak typography and inconsistent layouts
Limited trust-building elements
No meaningful analytics or performance tracking
The biggest issue was that the digital experience undersold the agency’s actual creative capability.
Objectives
The project focused on creating a stronger digital foundation across both branding and performance.
Primary goals included:
Modernize the agency’s online presence
Build a more premium and globally aligned visual identity
Improve mobile experience and responsiveness
Increase enquiries and lead quality
Improve website speed and usability
Strengthen SEO visibility
Create a more polished and conversion-oriented user journey
Discovery & Key Insights
During the audit phase, it became clear that the website lacked both clarity and strategic flow.
Users had difficulty navigating through the platform, and important information was buried within inconsistent layouts and weak hierarchy structures. The absence of a structured journey meant the site generated very little momentum toward enquiry or conversion.
Visually, the platform lacked cohesion. Typography, imagery, spacing, and content structure did not align with the premium positioning expected from a creative agency serving high-end clients.
From a technical perspective, slow performance and responsiveness issues negatively impacted first impressions, particularly on mobile devices. There was also no analytics infrastructure in place to properly evaluate visitor behaviour or identify conversion drop-offs.
Strategic Approach
Rather than treating the project as a simple redesign, the website was approached as a full digital repositioning exercise.
The strategy focused on five core areas:
Premium Brand Presentation
Develop a cleaner and more refined visual direction aligned with modern global agencies.
Simplified User Experience
Reduce friction across navigation and improve clarity throughout the visitor journey.
Mobile-First Optimization
Ensure the experience remained polished and intuitive across all devices.
Conversion-Led Structure
Create stronger enquiry pathways and clearer calls-to-action across the site.
Technical & SEO Foundation
Improve performance, discoverability, and scalability through cleaner structure and optimization.
Execution
The website was rebuilt in Webflow, replacing the older Wix-based environment to allow greater flexibility, responsiveness, and design control.

Results
The redesigned platform delivered measurable improvements across usability, engagement, and conversion quality.
Key outcomes included:
Higher conversion rates and improved enquiry flow
Lower bounce rates across major pages
Increased average session duration and user engagement
Improved lead quality through stronger UX structure
Better perceived premium positioning
Improved organic visibility and SEO readiness
Stronger mobile usability and overall performance
The project successfully repositioned ICH Creative with a digital presence that better aligned with its creative capability and business ambitions.
Challenges During Delivery
The project involved several operational and creative constraints:
Tight turnaround timeline of approximately 45 days
Limited availability of strong brand imagery and assets
Multiple rounds of early-stage client revisions and indecision
Mobile responsiveness complexities during rebuild
Platform limitations from the original Wix-based setup prior to migration into Webflow
Why This Worked
The success of the project came from balancing aesthetics with functionality.
Instead of focusing purely on visual redesign, the approach combined:
strategic UX, premium branding, technical optimization, SEO structure,
and conversion-focused thinking, into a unified experience.
As a result, the website became not only visually stronger, but also significantly more effective as a business and lead-generation platform.
Enjoyed the Project
